You have to sit down and critically think about this. These people are not this advanced yet as far as remote neural mind control goes. You have to have something implanted in your body to be able to take full control in the manner targeted individuals are describing this. The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
If you do the math on every single person experiencing these things, the sum of them are a hell of a lot larger than what statistics are showing. That is just the peope who are actually reporting this to an authority who keeps track. Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
